
Skewered sausage with lots of vegetables

Sausages are boring for a BBQ? Then you should try and do some bratwurst Ikebana… Zucchini, sweet potatoes and a good organic bratwurst – skewered – and off you go.
Today it is just too hot to cook a lot, so we’ll have something very, very simple. These bratwurst skewers can be prepared very well, they look appealing and above all: no sausage can roll from the grill grate 😉
Crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs and the sausage are cooked at the same time, cut into strips so everyone gets his portion of sausage and vegetables. A delicious aioli or a good, fine mustard, of course crispy baguette bread and the bratwurst pleasure can start.

Venison steak with chilli and blackberry sauce
After collecting blueberries and mushrooms on my hikes over the past few weeks, now the blackberries are ripe. They’re plentiful this year, and they’re sun-kissed and sugar-sweet.
